Labour Consulting
Our office deals with Labour Consultancy which is an essential activity for managing the relationship between the administration of a company and the staff. The main and prevalent activity of labour consultants is the processing of monthly pay slips and related obligations, on behalf of a company.
Principal activities are:
- Genesis, definition, evolution of an employment relationship: practice of hiring, variation and termination of the employment relationship, or management of all accounting, economic, legal, insurance, social security and social assistance aspects (INPS, INAIL, Cassa edile , Layoffs, etc.)
- Advice and assistance in business relationships and relationships (contracts, agreements, etc.) of a mandatory, typical and atypical nature
- Assistance and representation of the company in out-of-court trade union disputes (conciliations and arbitrations) arising from disputes in subordinate and para-subordinate employment relationships (functions introduced by law 183/2010)
- Assistance and representation in disputes with social security, insurance and labour inspection institutions
- Technical consultancy of the office and part
- Assistance in tax litigation at the commissions and offices of the financial administration
- Electronic transmission of tax returns and resignations electronically
- Tax certification
- Functions in the area of reporting of anti-money laundering and terrorist financing activities
- Management of the business crisis (according to the provisions of art.358 of the legislative decree 12 January 2019, n.14)
